Contractor Information

Contractors are extremely important to the success of HighPoint Resources.

Contractors are extremely important to the success of HighPoint Resources. In this section you will find information pertaining to our Master Service Contracts, our Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines, and how to set up electronic invoicing for faster payment.

Master Contracts

HighPoint Resources has created several Master Service Contracts (MSC) to govern a range of typical oilfield services.  A MSC provides standard terms and conditions for the relationship between the company and the contractor, and simplifies ongoing work in that terms and conditions need not be renegotiated prior to every job.  The details for a particular job are generally laid out in a separate work order governed by the MSC.

Our MSC sets forth warranty provisions, invoicing and payment terms, insurance requirements, indemnity obligations and other terms and condition for our ongoing contractual relationship.

Entering into a MSC is required for most of our contractors, including transporters. However, those who do not physically perform work at a HighPoint Resources location may not need a MSC.

Safety is extremely important to HighPoint Resources and we strive to do everything we can to keep our employees and contractors safe. Because rules and regulations are continually changing we will often update our Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manual. Please be sure to review this document on a regular basis and make sure your company, as our contractor remains abreast of our EH&S manual.

As a way of ensuring safety at our worksites we have begun reviewing safety records and practices by companies who are interested in becoming our contractor. As of January 2014 HighPoint Resources is requiring ISNetworld subscription by all onsite contractors. A passing grade must be maintained within ISNetworld to begin and continue to perform work for HighPoint Resources.
